My name is Carly and I have a fascination with all things related to baking, cooking and preserving. I have been a cooking professional for the last 5 years. I have worked in some of the best and worst restaurants and every thing in between. I want to share my skills with you in an approachable way, that hopefully gives you the kitchen confidence to try new, and perhaps previously intimidating things for yourself.
Whenever possible I prefer to make things from scratch with quality ingredients. I am glad to share my passion with you as I cook my way through new recipes and old favorites.
