This is a traditional Puerto Rican Christmas dish, that I consider to be good anytime of the year and especially good for sandwiches. This dish couldn’t be any easier to make. The hardest part is finding the chipotle peppers.
1 2 Quart Crock Pot
1 Mixing Bowl
1 Sm can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4 c 100% lime juice
3# pork shoulder (don’t clean fat off or cut into pieces)
2 T Kosher Salt
2 t Black Pepper
